Edward Francis Primary School was formed in September 2012 by the amalgamation of Edward Francis Infant School and Edward Francis Junior School. It serves the market town of Rayleigh and there are approximately 420 pupils on roll, with fairly equal proportions of boys and girls in every year group. There are two classes in each year group from Reception to Year 6.
The school has strong links with local churches, secondary and primary schools, as well as other local community groups. Parents are welcomed into the school as voluntary helpers and there is a thriving Parents’ Association.
This site aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils.
We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find any information you are looking for. Please feel free to leave comments in the Guestbook, or
contact the school direct with any queries you may have.
Thank you for visiting!
