  Well done to everybody that entered this year's painted egg competition on the theme of '60 years of Edward Francis Primary School'.  The entries were of an incredibly high standard and judging was, once again, incredibly difficult.  Pictures of the winning entries can be found below.

  The coach carrying the children is on the A130.  No further updates will be given here - please assume that the coach will return at 4.55pm 

   

  When collecting the children, please wait on the upper school playground - when the coach arrives, the children will be brought up to the playground to meet you.  After a few minutes wait while the coach is unloaded, you will be able to come back down the path, collect your bags and go home.

• Information for prospective parents

  Applications for admission into our reception classes in September 2025 must be submitted to Essex County Council by 15th January 2025.

   

  Tours of the school take place most Tuesday and Thursday mornings, commencing on 1st October, and can be booked by calling 01268 775047 or emailing office@edwardfrancis.essex.sch.uk.

  The coach has just gone through the Dartford Crossing.

  Estimated time of arrival is 5.30pm.

  At the collection time, please gather by the upper school shelter, outside the pre-school.  Please do not approach the coach when it arrives - we will bring the children up to you.  The bags will then be taken from the coach and left by the path so that, when you are reunited with your child, you can come back down the slope and get your bags before leaving the site.
