We hope you're all keeping safe and well at home! Until we get back to school, we'll be uploading a weekly document with ideas of activities to do at home with your child. This will include one English lesson, one Maths lesson and one Theme lesson for each day. Check in each weekend for the new weekly document.
This is meant to be a helpful guide and support for parents who want it, rather than a strict and overwhelming schedule to follow. Each child is different so please don't feel pressured to complete every single activity - rather, use the document as a guide and work at a pace that feels right for you and your child.
If you have any queries or need a little more individualised support for your child, please email your class teacher who will be happy to help in any way she can.
Thank you for all your messages and photos! We're missing the children very much and love to hear from them!
Take care until we see you again soon,
Love Miss Mills and Miss Walkerley
Hello all, it's Mrs Humphreys here. Your wonderful teachers are working incredibly hard in school at the moment, so I have been helping them out a bit with the planning and activities, so you might see my face and voice every now and again in videos.
If you had been in school, you would have been exploring your local area this half term, so I have tried to give you a similar experience, only virtually. Hopefully, you might be able to get about the town during your daily exercise and see some of the places that you would have visited.
I hope that you enjoy the next couple of weeks of learning about your local area. You live in a very interesting town!
